About the Instructor
Hi! I'm Eva. And I LOVE everything Running and Yoga related.
During the past 12 years of practicing and teaching Yoga I gradually started combining my love for running with Yoga to experience the many benefits first and foremost for myself, but then also saw hundreds of my students do the same. It’s an exciting journey of feeling better and stronger, on the yoga mat as well as in life and I’m so excited to finally be able to share with you what this 5000 year old practice has on offer for us as runners and non-runners alike.
I'm so excited to be here for you as your very own Online Yoga Teacher, so jump on a mat and give it a go. Ask me any questions along the way and watch how your running, your health and your life will magically change along the way.
In this course I share with you some things to consider and maybe contemplate before diving into a Yoga practice.
Whenever I have a new student joining my class, there are SO many things I'd love to say, but obviously there's only so much time in that first session and it'd be way too much to take on at once. So I thought I’d simply record a few things for you to dive in before your first practice.
I created this course to serve you as a guide to lead you to and navigate your way through the start of your first experience on the Yoga mat, to get to know your body better, connect deeper to yourself and step up your training to a whole new level.
If you’re completely new to yoga, don't worry. There’s no need to take it all on board at once. Just watch the clips once or twice and refer back to them if and when you’re inspired to do so.
If you already are a regular Yoga practitioner, let this mini course serve you as a sweet reminder to step back before diving a little deeper.
